We had the honour to curate three gift collections for Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa. This prestigious Relais & Châteaux has a plethora of luxurious and house-made products that we knew the community would love.
Of course we went with a culinary, cocktail, & in-room focused boxes.


LH Culinary Collection
Langdon Hall Signed Chef's Apron
Monogrammed with gold thread and signed by award- winning Langdon Hall Chef Jason Bangerter. A bib-style apron in white made of 100% cotton from France. You're ready for the kitchen at Langdon Hall!
French Tasting Spoon
Chef Bangerter endorsed utensil for the home cook. This French tasting spoon is designed to sample soups or sauces without double dipping! The liquid is scooped up at the large stirring end then tilted back. The liquid runs down the length of the spoon into the small tasting end. Made from solid North American hard maple.
Walnut Charcuterie Board
Custom made for The Curator's Shop in Hamilton, this octagon wood serving board is as visually appealing as it is functional. Top with meat, cheese, and the LH crisps. The contrast of the grainy dark walnut creates interest with the items being displayed.
Handmade Dry Alpine Salumi
From our good friends at Toronto gourmet emporium, The Cheese Boutique, this salumi is a handmade dry alpine style heritage pork sausage. 350g
5 Year Ontario cheddar
Also from The Cheese Boutique, this 5 year old Ontario cheddar is the perfect holiday addition to a rich and satisfying charcuterie display. 390g.
LH's Favourite Crisps
Seasoned garlic and sesame flat bread. Approx. 2 dozen.
Apple Compote
Orchard apples complemented with cinnamon, this compote can be eaten with cheese, on yogurt, or right off the spoon!
Winter Spice
Chef JB’s spice “makes everything nice”. This blend of mild festive spices (cinnamon, star anise, cloves, juniper, coriander & fennel seeds) can be used to add a taste of the season to just about anything over the cooler months. It is a staple in the kitchen pantry at LH.
Local Small Batch Honey
Lovingly made by the neighbouring bees of Clovercroft Farm. An integral part of growing organic food for the local community. The nectars for the honey are drawn while the bees pollinate a full season of the flowers of the fruit and vegetable farm, mixed with the wildflowers and trees that host the diverse ecosystem that we depend on.

Oak Whiskey Tumbler
A TSC favourite, a new way to experience your favourite spirit! This Oak Tumbler provides a rich sensory experience striving to echo the Master Tasters' first dip into the oak aging cask. Each Tumbler is hand-turned from a single block of white oak, dried over 6 weeks, and then lightly charred on the inside to seal the wood grain, and provide a slightly smokey aroma. Made in Tamworth, ON.
Willibald Gingerbread Gin
Made in small batches by Willibald Distillery. This Gingerbread Gin is infused
with a loosely guarded blend of traditional gin botanicals with a generous helping of cinnamon, clove, and ginger to provide the warmth and aromatics enjoyed in your favourite gingerbread recipe. Made in Ayr, ON.
Winter Cocktail Garnish
Dehydrated lemons, limes and grapefruit with sticks of cinnamon and star anise. This garnish provides the perfect finish for a Wilks' Bar cocktail.
Celebration Medley Tea Syrup
Lovingly created by LH's own master bartender and cocktail curator, Aaron Hatchell, this tea syrup is delicately infused with Celebration Medley Tea (by Sloan Tea) and then equal parts sugar and water.
Angostura Aromatic Bitters
This cocktail flavouring mixture is a staple for bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts, professional and home cooks alike, bounded only by the creativity and imaginations of those who use it.
Daneson Naturally Flavoured Toothpicks
Whether it’s Single Malt or Bourbon there is one thing to know about whiskey. The dominant tasting note for both these spirits comes from the oak barrels they are aged in. If at first glance, these toothpicks taste a lot like wood, don’t be surprised - that’s the oak barrel leading the charge. For every tree that is milled to create your toothpicks, one hundred are planted in its space. 4-Bottle Box

Hansel & Gretel Visit LH
To make this signature cocktail:
- 2 oz. Willibald Gingerbread Gin
- 0.5 oz Tea Syrup
- 3 Dashes of Bitters
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir approx. 20 times. Strain and pour over ice into your new oak tumbler. Garnish with dehydrated fruit & spices.
