Can I specify a delivery date?
We are happy to work with you and try our absolute best to make sure that your gift is received on your desired date. When you check out leave your preferred date of delivery under the "special instructions" box. If you forget to do this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What will my delivery cost be and how long will it take?
Depending on delivery location, the shipping time/cost vary.
Ontario standard: Free (1-10 day delivery window)
Ontario Expedited: $ 30 charge (1-3 day delivery window)
Outside of Ontario standard: $20 (5-15 day delivery window)
Outside of Ontario Expedited: $45 (2-5 day delivery window)

If I purchase a box for a gift, how will they know it’s from me? Can you include a personalized note with my gift?
Of course! Every gift sent includes a complimentary gift tag or a purchased stationary card. Simply write this request and your desired message in the "special instructions" section of your cart prior to checking out. We do not include price tags, receipts or packing slips on the products and boxes.
How will I know The Curator's Shop received my order?
When you place your order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and receipt. You will then be able to track your delivery.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment, unless otherwise specified.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email. You can then track your shipment.
Do you offer local same-day delivery?
Yes, we do. We offer same day courier delivery to our local customers. Orders must be placed by noon (EST) on the day of delivery. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 519-574-3119 for assistance in placing your same-day delivery order. Please note, local deliveries are Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes you can. You will need to complete separate transactions for each box. This will ensure accuracy with shipping addresses and special instructions.
Is my box going to look exactly like the photo?
Yes! We pride ourselves on making sure every single detail is exactly as you expect. In the very rare occasion that we need to substitute a product, we promise to make sure it is similar in appearance and purpose and of equal value or more.
What if the recipient is outside of Ontario?
No problem! We can ship anywhere in Canada. Additional fees may apply for outside of Ontario. See shipping information above.
